• The listening ear and prayerful engagement of short-term counseling
• A caring presence in hospital visits before and after surgeries and during illnesses
• Sharing communion with shut-ins and nursing home residents
• Gas, lodging, food, and referrals for people in need
• A guiding hand through the funeral and bereavement process
• Pre-marital counseling and wedding services
• Baptisms and confirmations

Lay-Provided Care:
Lay members of the church are vital in our care for people. Their ministries include:
• Specially trained Lay Visitors bringing communion and companionship to shut-ins and others in nursing homes and hospice facilities
• Coordinating and providing meals for families in crisis
• Food and materials drives for social service agencies
• Rides to and from church for those who can't drive
• The welcoming embrace of Christian community
